2.) You may call your order in at 1-800-680-3813 Mon-Friday 8:00 am-7:00 pm CST Saturday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm CST . 

3.) You may Fax your order 24 hours a day at 1-217-756-3315

 
4.) We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

 
5.) We accept Personal Checks, Money orders and Cashiers Checks.

 
6.) We do not accept COD orders.

 
7.) All continental USA orders pay a flat rate $7.95 fee. (please see shipping page for details)

 
8.) We can ship to Canada and internationally for additional postage.

 
9.) Any and all returns must be authorized via telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

11.) All items that we sell are guaranteed 100% to be clean and factory sealed unless specified. 

12.) All in stock orders placed before 3:00 pm CST Mon-Friday 
with Paypal or Credit Card orders are shipped same day and tracking # will be emailed directly to you.

 
13.) Orders placed via check or money order are shipped same day that good funds are received.
